Dont know about what "Sausage Lady" Lesley was asked to do with their business and I am sure it was extensive and deliberately problematic but ...........  is labelling every packet with contents, use by date etc not standard anyway when you are making food produce and kind of makes sense to print it rather than have it hand written.
