coming from the plaji, just before the Chinese, we called into the  new italian restaurant called "Manolya" just for a beer. 
it isn't open for food yet as he has to do more work on the place.   

Being the nosey person I am I will relay the following info.

He was born in Çaliş 35 years ago

He worked at the Orient, next to Nil before going to America 13 years ago and ended up owning his own restaurant

He came back last year, bought the land and had the hotel(holiday apartments)built with a restaurant and pool,

This looks like a place with a permanent boss who is going to be open all winter.  Beer 6TL

He's a Mexican bloke I think, Baris Mancho.

His name is inan Gürbüzer but is known as ian, stick a droopy tash on him and a sombrero and he would look like a Mexican hombre.
