We originally went up to Hisarönü for a curry at Saffron or Shine but neither open until late afternoon, 5pm and 6pm respectively.
So we decided to go back to Aubergine (who
are open in the day) and had another fantastic meal. Owners Bayram (I think) and Angela owned their own restaurant for ten years in the UK before returning to Turkey and opening Aubergine three years ago.
Doğan had a very hot curry, and I opted for the Lamb Shank with mint sauce gravy; fabulous taste and beautifully presented.
