if she has adult channels its not nilesat as there is no adult channels on there and as for the freezing an amp would not cure the problem
one thing i don't understand why you don't call them back to sort the problem out under Guarantee if any of my customers have a problem it is done free of charge thats if i supplied it

Depending what STB you have there will be "signal strength" and "signal quality" indicators in one of the installation menus.
If these are fluctuating wildly then your dish is most probably poorly aligned and the wind (even a light breeze) is causing it to move "off signal".
Get the man back to realign the dish.
For a list of available channels/packages on various satellites have a look at http://en.kingofsat.net/
Atlantic bird 4A/ Nilesat 101/ Nilesat 102 - http://en.kingofsat.net/pos-7.0W.php

lance don't you have the same package as the friend, are you having the same problems????

Friends of mine have Nilestat and are very happy with it - the only problem they have is that they are unable to get rid if the arabic sub-titles .... Does anyone have a solution?
-
Put some tape over the bottom of the screen ;):D
-
do you have a zoom in facility with your tv?
-
Turn your TV upside down and watch it in the mirror, the subtitles will now be in English

Who keeps throwing tomatoes at your avatar Scunner?

Nilesat is for the Arabic world and any movie where English is the spoken language is subtitled in Arabic. I do not think you can get rid of the subtitles but I maybe wrong.
