Can anyone tell me the site that I need to go to, to download a copy of the Residency Form for my residency?

I think you have to go to the passport police to get one,if your in fethiye area

There is a form which you have to download and fill in to take to the passport police. I have downloaded it before, but cannot remember the site I obtained it from.

It is a new form - you will find it on this link (to the right)
Remember you have to type it for Fethiye as they won't won't accept hand written.
There are 2 tabs (front and back) and they have to be printed on one sheet.

Picture requirements are now biometric
