Fethiyespor gained their first win of the season  in their 13th attempt as they defeated Bugsas 2-1 this afternoon. Fethiye took the lead on 19 mins when Ramazan Zorlu got his foot on the end of an Onur Okan free kick to score his first goal for the club. Just 5 mins into the 2nd half Fethiye were reduced to 10 men when goalkeeper Fatih Kaldan was shown a red card for handball just outside the area. Bugsas drew level from the free kick,  which went through the wall and past sub keeper Ozyigit.
On 70 mins Bugsas went down to 10 men after their No.9 was shown a 2nd yellow card. 4 mins later Fethiye regained the lead with a header from sub Anil Aricioglu who had only been on the pitch for 6 mins. Fethiye managed to hold on for the last 15 mins plus 7 mins of injury time to claim their first win of the season. Fethiye remain 16th in the league with 10 points.
An away game next weekend as Fethiye face another team from Ankara, when they play Etimesgut Belediyespor who are 2 places and 3 points above Fethiye.

Fethiyespor came away from Ankara with a useful point, following their 1-1 draw with Etimesgut Belediye this afternoon. It was the visitors who scored first when Ramazan Zorlu netted  in the 22nd minute. That was his 2nd goal in 2 games and he became the first of Fethiye's 10 goalscorers this season to score 2 goals.
Fethiye held on until the 53 min when Burak Colak scored a fine individual goal for the hosts to make it 1-1. Fethiye made things difficult for themselves when midfielder Kagan Soylemezgiller was sent off with 4 mins to go after receiving his 2nd yellow card.Fethiye held on for the point and remain 16th in the league with 11 points.
A tougher looking home game next weekend for Fethiye when they entertain high flying Maisa B.B. who are currently  3rd in the league and 15 points ahead of Fethiye.

Fethiyespor lost for the first time in 5 matches at home when they were defeated 2-0 by Manisa yesterday. For the first 25 mins the visitors controlled the game and Fethiye couldn't  work the Manisa keeper until Ramazan Zorlu had a header tipped onto the crossbar. Manisa took the lead on the half hour mark with a penalty when Yigit Yoney hacked down a Manisa player following a quick break. The second goal came 6 mins from time when former Fethiye forward Artun Akcakin netted for Manisa.
Fethiye remain 16th in the league on 11 points but there is now a 5 point gap between Fethiye and 15th placed Bugsas.
An away match in Istanbul for Fethiye next weekend  when they face 6th placed Pendikspor.

Fethiyespor came away from Istanbul with their first away win of the season as they defeated Pendikspor 4-1 yesterday. Fethiye took the lead after 13 mins when midfielder Oktay Delibalta scored. A brace  of goals either side of half time by Ramazan Zorlu put the result of the game beyond doubt, and made it 4 goals in 4 games for the striker since his summer move from Kahranmaras.
The hosts scored from the penalty spot on 80 mins but Fethiye added a 4th goal, 3 mins from time when Alican Karadag also scored from a penalty.
Fethiye remain 16th in the league but close the gap on the teams above to 2 points, although all the other teams play today. Fethiye are at home next weekend when they face Bandirmaspor in the last game before the winter break. Bandirma are currently 1 place and 4 points below Fethiye, but did win 1-0 on their last visit in April this year.

Fethiyespor could only manage a 1-1 draw at home yesterday in the battle between 2 of the 3 teams currently in the relegation zone. The visitors should have been ahead after only 90 seconds when their forward Ermec was clean through on goal but put his shot just wide. On 3 mins Fethiye's Mahmut Metin hit the post. Bandirma had another  effort just tipped over the crossbar before teenage striker Anil Aricioglu put Fethiye ahead with a glancing header from a corner after 12 mins.
The visitors drew level just after the half hour mark with a fine volley from just outside the penalty area. In the 2nd half Fethiye did most of the pressing, looking for a winner but did not create any clear chances. That draw sees Fethiye remain 16th in the table on  15 points, now only 2 points from safety.
No more games until January 20th when Fethiye host promotion chasing Sanliurfaspor who are 5th in the league. Earlier in the season they beat Fethiye 3-1 at home.

Fethiyespor lost 2-1 to Sanliurfa this afternoon. Starting with all 5 of their new signings Fethiye soon found themselves behind following a quick fire brace from Serkan Kaya who scored in the 8th and 13th minutes. Striker Ramazan Zorlu pulled a goal back in first half injury time, his 5th goal in the last 6 matches.
However Fethiye were unable to find an equaliser in the second half and so remain 16th in the table on 15 points. Fethiye are away next weekend at Konya Selcukspor who are currently 2 points and 2 places above Fethiye . Earlier in the season the teams drew 2-2, with Konya scoring twice in the last 10 minutes.
