Title: Best smartphone clinic in Fethiye ?

I want to upgrade my phone from Android 2 to Android 4. Does anybody know a good phone clinic for that ? Thanks for your answers.

Bulent Arslan who is on Facebook seems to sort out every phone and computer in Fethiye/Calis area..

Bulent is very good - his shop is called Lotus and is at the traffic lights near the HSBC bank on the back road in Fethiye
