Lovely!

Think we prefer Calis market over the Tuesday Fethiye one - not as big and more logically laid out. Be even better for the stall holders and customers if the Belediye get the surface sorted too .....

I prefer the Saturday Market over the Tuesday and the Sunday market.  Having said that Mrs T has just summoned me to escort her down to the Sunday Market, as I didn't go, due to injuries, to the Saturday market yesterday, if you see what I mean.  What a complicated life I lead :o

I love the Sunday market.  Not for shopping but there's nothing better than lots of cay, a pancake and watching the world go by.

Where is the Saturday market UBT. ???

Driving out of Fethiye on the main Dalaman/Antalya road - get to the roundabout where you turn right for the Otogar - BUT - go straight ahead - past the mosque with 2 minarets on your left - a further 1000 yds down that road you will come to a set of lights with the option of straight ahead or turn right - turn right and the market is 200 yds down.

We went yesterday and always find it more "relaxed" but we got rained on so left early :-)

It's the Patlangic market, I believe.

Not been to it yet but have driven past the spot where it is held many times.

Correct Menthol, we prefer the Patlangic market to the Calis Sunday market, as they don't treat all the expats like tourists with all the "cheap as chips, cheaper than Tesco/ASDA, lovely Jubbly" nonsense & of course the vast price hikes in the tourist season plus the changes from TL's to £'s.
Strangely enough we went to the Sunday market today as we were in Calis with friends.
She had looked at an item of clothing there last week priced at £5 but she didn't buy it, went back today to buy the same item, £15, walked away empty handed.
I looked at a Bluetooth speaker & was quoted 90TL, the same one at Patlangic, 50TL!  >:(

Wow! That's some price hike! Thanks for the tip - Patlangic it is then.
