Where there's a will, there's a way....

Not a particularly good or interesting picture, it's more about the story behind it.....

Some of you will know there's been a ban on building work in Kaya since December-ish last year.
The zabita has been visible and fairly effective at policing this, although some people have smuggled in materials under cover of night with an early warning system in place in case of unexpected patrols. (People sitting in their cars with mobiles at the ready at various strategic points.)

Anyway -  up the track from our house last weekend we had the Turkish version of 'to me, to you, to me' going on as this holiday cabin was delivered ready-made in two pieces, loaded up on two tractors. It's still on a wheeled frame - not sure if that's so they can wheel it around the field or claim that as it's mobile it's not classed as a building.....

Proof that there's always a way around the rules? Although the muhtar was there yesterday and there was a very heated debate going on so who knows, it may disappear again!
