Title: pm's and my messages

Thicko here   I pm'ed 2 members re ebooks and there is no sign in my messages sent folder. Did I do something wrong ? ???

Did you tick "save a copy in my outbox"?

Ooops - I've only just noticed the "My Messages" thing at the top of the page and there was seven of them. Apologies to Ian, Lynne, Cheers, Tytots and Tonysue for my lack of response. I'm not at the PC where the ebooks are stored at the moment so I'll send the ones that have been requested on Wednesday.

I though it had all gone quiet since the move to the new CBF  ;D

Mods - would it be possible to flash up a warning when messages are received?

Do you not get a copy via email?

Hi Steve,

No I did not. Not from any of the seven messages the I've only just discovered.

It is a setting that you need to change in your profile.

Click on the profile link on the top menu bar and then find personal settings. 

From here you can change your account to receive personal messages also by email and also as popup messages when on the forum.

I also have to apologise to Tonysue, I didn't see the message thing either.
