Search Google for "nokia, unlock" I'm sure you'll find something on there about doing it yourself for next to nothing.

If you are in the UK most town/city markets will have a guy who sells mobile accessories. He will also be able to unlock most phones for around £10.

If you are in Turkey then it will be cheaper to buy a new phone than shell out 80ytl.

Lots of internet sites will send you an unlock code for about £10-15
If it's an older model you can unlock it free.

We have a Turkish mobile but to be honest it is pretty basic. I have a nice new 'Orange' phone that we rarely use. Can I get this working in Turkey?

80YTL is far too much to unlock a phone, 20YTL would be nearer the mark.  Most shops selling mobile phone accessories should be able to do this for you.
