to have a residential phone line you need to have a valid residency permit or have a turkish person guarantee the line for you
you apply at the turk telecom office on the right as you enter the office. you will need your residency and a tax number to complete the application. you will aso need the address and telephone number of a neighbour who can be contacted about the installation
installation is to the junction box in your property.you then get an electrician to connect the line into your property,if you are a good DIYer you can do this yourself
