Oh dear Ali, my phone is still working and no credits taken even when I topped up just incase. so until it gives up the ghost we will keep using it.

I'm on ARIA/AVEA and nothing's happened with mine. Went to AVEA shop got blank look, guess I'll just wait until something happens!

BTW as a point, AVEA have a very good Tariff called Mobile Advantaj 3 Kontors to any network or landline in Turkey per minute. Worth looking at if you don't have a sim already.

i dont know if this has anything to do with the thread, far to long to read, but ive been told that soon you will not be able to use an english phone over in turkey with a turkish sim in? im not sure how much of this is true if any?? has anyone eles heard this? lv ya xjx
