Title: Buying a Scooter

Hello there I wonder if anybody knows the regulations concerning buying a scooter.Firstly I am not a resident as yet although I do own property there.Are there regulations on the CC,do I need a bike licence or would my full car licence suffice.And of course theres the legal side registration,insurance tax etc.Iwould be gratefull for any advice given.  Thanks CLOEO

there was something about scooters just recently and it appears you do not have to be a resident to own one.
