Problems with phone lines in gunlukbasi

Hi Guys and girls.
Right all you lucky people living out in calis, are you having probs with your phone lines??[!] We have tried to call our friends in gunlukbasi for 2 nights now but the phone is giving out the   engaged tone all the time. We know they can chat alot but not for 2 days lol. Can anyone let us know what is happening if anything.

Just a thought, but are you using the cheap 10p a minute number.
I rang Turkey Gunlebershi area last night and got through ok.
The number for anyone calling Turkey is
09119120120 and then wait, you will then be told your charge is 10p a minute you then dial your number and end with the hash key.

Where do you get this cheap 10p/min Tel. NO. from? - do you have to prepay or register your phone?
How do they charge you? Come on spill the beans.
