Looking for a speedy reply, as the ever changing residency rules are forcing my hand.
If I purchased a property for £124k what would the total costs be, I know you can't say down to the last penny but a ball park figure, if you can.
Is it 2% each buyer and seller fees etc, not even sure what the etcs are these days. I'll obviously be going to the usual reliable suspects to get it all sorted, should I get favourable answers.
