I remembered at the last minute my Mum who sadly passed away in August liked a bet on the Grand National. Not a big gambler she would only put 20 pence each way. So I went with my 40 pence to the bookies. Didn't know which horse to choose for her so I had her birthday 2nd October. Thank you Many Clouds!! I did put £1 each way for myself, and told the guy I would be back later for my winnings. His face was a picture when we went back. (Better than my 2 Donkeys, 1 none runner & the other fell at 1st fence..)..
