The autumn 3C’s Coffee Morning and Fashion Show was held at the Mandalin Bistro in Çalış. The weather was beautiful which added to a very successful day. Stalls selling Cakes, 2016 Calendars, Tombola and various other items were available.
The fashion show was professional hosted by Paul Wynter (aka Ian from the Kismet) who compared and commented on the lovely models on the cat walk and really enhanced the fashion show making it a very enjoyable event. Fashion is not just for the young! The oldest model was nearly ninety and demonstrated that quality clothes can by all worn by all ages with panache. Ian also auction a promise for health checks by Doctor Ali Bigonah this raised an additional 300 TL for the charity.
A presentation was made to the retiring chairman and joint secretary, Peter and Chrissie Clark in recognition of their hard work and achievements with the 3C’s Charity and Çalış Carnival.
This fun event raised 3070.30 TL on the stalls and promise that day and a further 773 TL on the sale of the fashion clothes worn that day by the models. Making a grand total of 3843 TL
