In the pool 1 person per 8 sqm. Around the pool 1 sunbed per 4 sqm. are allowed.
There must be disinfectant mats around the pool.
There must be shower(s) in the pool area and showering before swimming is compulsory.
I know some complexes make owners/tenants to sign a paper stating that, they take the responsibility of not obeying the rules and accept to pay the fines.

Thanks Cenk, We have the same figures regarding the areas but someone has said that you can only have people from ONE household in the pool at any given time. I cannot find any evidence of this.

Sorry i couldn't understand. Does it mean that people from a house can use the pool between certain hours?

No Cenk, what Ken has heard is that with the maximum numbers allowed, they can only be people from one family/group at any one time in the pool.

UPDATE ON THE USE OF SWIMMING POOLS

There is still a lot of uncertainty around whether or not swimming pools can be filled and used.

The following official update from the Mayor's office.

Hotel, motel, and public pools are still closed.

There are no restrictions for private pools and they can be filled and used.

Communal pools on private complexes can be filled and used as long as the following rules are adhered to:

Residents should not use the pool at the same time as other residents in the complex (apart from members of their families who live in the same household).

Social distancing rules must be followed in communal areas around the pool.

This information is correct as of Friday 22 May 2020.

I didnt hear anything like that. It may be a complex's own rule.

I spoke to the Aymes Hotel and they said their pool is open.
