Ridiculous - 5 restaurants closed for 'hassling'

I haven't been to Calis since September 05 but have been 4 times in total.  I have never ignored the hasslers and was always polite.
However, the guy from Georges (looks like Dustin Hoffman) would hassle us but we always politely declined.  Then he took to ignoring/blanking us when we walked passed and said hello. There are so many places to eat in Calis and when you are only there for 2 weeks, you can't please everybody.  I must say that I have missed the place and are thinking of coming back after trying Bulgaria twice last year and Spain in June of this year.
