not many mozzies around at the moment - people are saying it is the lack of rain last winter and everywhere is too dry.  Don't know if that is true - but not complaining.

Tha Sun also recommended Martmite (which I take 2 weeks before I go and it works!). Also deet throws them off the scent. I use this on an evening.

Evidently you should not wear perfume or aftershave as this attracts them.

Failing all else - do as Crabbitt says 'Slap the little b*stards'.

As I said before, the little b*stards have an aversion to being slapped.

Not sure Moe but we buy them from Holland and Barrett so you could ask in there or Boots would know. Cant believe we havent been bitten for two years. We still spray the apt with that stuff called raid and spray deet on so we try to cover all angles.

Although it's been advocated on here since I joined (around April 2005), Marmite finally made the Daily Express today. It was reccommended as a mozzy repellant due to it's vitamin B content. This is after speculation of a high mozzy count in the UK due to high humidity as a heatwave will follow the floods.
Well done CBF

Mosiguard is exellent.  Used to work at a Doctors and this is the product that they recommend at Travel Clinics when people go off to the jungle etc.... has always worked for us.
