wife has just bought some patches from www.naturalpatches.co.uk and they stick on like the stop smoking patch thingys, they are waterproof etc and you change the patch every 36 hours for a fresh one, they are about £15 for 15 days worth, they release about 70mg of thiamine into your body which when released through your pores, sweat etc, mossies really hate and will stay away, debbs get really bitten alot so will be interesting to see if they really work, go away 10th august for fortnight, so will let you know on our return if they worked

Be interesting to see if they work Mark, Just got back from town with that familiar feeling i'd forgotten something, Then I saw this topic and realised it was the vitamin B1, DUH.:P

Youv'e got plenty of time Moe, you only need to start taking them two weeks before you go.
