my hobbies, are going out socialising, reading, having a laugh with anyone and of course going on holiday to Calis beach, where i have an ace time havin a boogie and shopping lol.

Main disciplnes of kick boxing are full contact karate, boxing and muay-thai.

Im a big fan too - do body combat at the gym 4 times a week, its just so surreal you feel like you're in a computer game!!

My other hobbies are shopping, shoes and holidays to Calis.

How can one be racist against ones own colour?

The main and only discipline of kick-boxing is self-defence.

One can quite easily be racist against ones own colour - there have been many episodes of Ricky Lake and Jenny Jones covering this issue.

The 3 influences which make up Kick boxing are often described as kick boxings '3 disciplines'. As a sport, any martial arts first and main aim is self-dicipline, followed by self-defence.

This is about hobbies - please keep to topic. As far as I am aware it has currently been agreed that adults may continue to post on the kids section. However, please remember that it is a kids section and do not spoil it for them. It has already been stated that if it is barred to adults then some of the people in their later teens will also be barred and they also enjoy the forum and keep to the spirit of it.

There are places to have political debates in other sections where adults post.

for your information lou-cypher - have been doing it for quite a while now. and we do actually do self defence.
dont judge people that you have never even met or spoken to because you dont know what your on about. thanks heva for sticking up for me.
