Saw somewhere that Migros were selling selfraising flour can any one tell me the name of same thanks Calvin
-
The brand name is Sinangil and the SR flour is called Kekunu. See the picture.
Make sure however, that you get the one that says Sade under the word Kekunu as this is unflavoured or plain. They also do Kekunu that's Chocolate (Cikolta) or Nut (Fistik) flavoured.

Grabbed the last one on the shelf on Friday. It makes great scones !!!

They now do a Lemon flavoured SR Flour and also a Wholemeal Flour (Kepekli Onu) which is in a brown bag.

Thanks for your help Alan,
-
on the bottom it says kabartma tozu icerir which means "with baking powder". I usually just buy the small kabartma tozu sachets and add them to plain flour. cheaper. Happy baking!
