Good morning everybody  :)

This morning I heard soomething about gov.guarantee. Turkish Gov. will explain the new guarantee limit in 2 weeks and I think this will at least 100.000 ytl per person.

does that guarentee apply to offshore accounts in turkey offering higher interest rates?
