Now offered at £105,000 as the owner is looking to sell sooner rather than later...I know these villas and that is a superb purchase at that price.

This villa was a snip at 100k or 105k, they were beautifully finished, I watched them grow :D

Sensational price now is £93,000 - owner says it's two hot to be looking after two gardens and pools  :)

This was indeed a bargain and is now sold.
