Title: Turkish Lamb Pilau

I have a brilliant little book called "101 One pot dishes" and this recipe is really easy and quick - all done and ready to serve in about 20 minutes, but tastes like it took hours :D

I'm not sure of it's Turkish authenticity but it did remind me of Turkish food which is no bad thing. Without the book no problem, the recipe is also online - give it a try, I surprised myself [:o]
