does anybody know of anyone who can repair i phone software crashed when trying to download i tunes thanks in anticipation

Have you tried a restore in iTunes Andy? That will reset it to original settings - might be worth a try if you haven't.

Try pressing both buttons at the same time and hold in for about 30 seconds should reset phone
