Title: Next step after giving SGK reg details?

Hi
My husband and I decided that we would apply for the SGK, we went to the office last week with relevant documents and as expected were   told that we would have go to the bank this week and pay back payments for 9 months.  When this is done is there anything else we have to do?  We have not filled in any health related forms or made any health related statements?  Once payment is made is there any need to return to the SGK office?

Why do you have to pay 9 months back payments ?

Sorry not 9 months, our first year residency was up last June and we should have joined in July so we have to back pay until then, it also includes payment for March 2013

OK, thanks for the info. We join this week and want to be prepared for anything they might throw at us.

I had heard from someone who attended the meeting with the British Consulate in Fethiye a couple of weeks ago that no fines are now applicable.

I was in that meeting which was split into two presentations. They certainly didn't say that in our meeting.
