Hi.
I have just joined the group.  Lots of information for me to be getting my head round.  We are hoping to buy a property in Calis and are coming back to view some more in Two weeks.  I am sure there will be plenty of questions that I shall be asking. Any good advice is welcome  ;)

Welcome Garmie.  Good luck with you property, but my only piece of advce at this time is..try before you buy.  Have a look at a longer term rent to see if the area is what you want, whether you like the mountains or the coast etc., and what you really want from the property, before you risk repenting at your leisure.  :)
