So what was that tune or song that was the background to when you and your better half got together? It might be that first dance song or perhaps it was just the song or tune that was there in the background in the early days of when you first got together. For the Present Mrs Tickets and my good self it was T Rex and Hot Love, way back in 1971 .... blimey 43 years ago! :o :o

Me and Mr Harvey also 1971... Knock three times. However as he was in the Merchant Navy, he and his mates sung Knock three times on the bulkhead if you want me...always remember that.

When the current Mrs Scunner was not yet Mrs Scunner, we used to see each other regularly for weekends - either she would fly to Luton/Heathrow or I would fly to Belfast straight from work.
At the time one of the popular songs in the hit parade (it was a while ago ;) ) was The Cure's Friday I'm in Love. All her friends at work used to tell her it reminded them of her due to her looking forward to the end of the week and our weekends together. And it became a bit of an "our song". :)
