Title: Rainbow Cafe Bar

Is Rainbow Cafe Bar on the prom? I don't know it but thought it was - however the location map on Facebook have it on a street behind the seafront?

It took over from Pies and Pastries, next door to Scarletts.

Brill, thanks Yabanci - just in case I don't see Jerry I want to know where they are as they are stocking his amazing Garlic concoction  :)

The Cheesecake and other pies and pasties are just amazing. Big portions which could be shared with the hubby, or not. I seem to manage by myself. Foods lovely. They also stock Gara Guzler Local brewed Beer which is very nice indeed. The prices are good too. I hope they do really well. Victoria Matty and the team work really hard and I think the cakes are made by a Turkish man x

The fish and chips they do on Friday lunch time are excellent too, and the good thing is the café is not on the Prom where there are dogs running in and out of the Restaurants.  :)

I went in the rainbow this evening had a very nice omelette&chips and couldn't resist trying the cheesecake which was lovely and massive, somehow i managed to eat it all

I think they have a faceboook page Keith i do admit their cakes look gorgeous...
I meant to try when i was over but just ran out of time, defo going to give it a whirl next trip  :)

Can I ask where pies and pastries moved to? They sold the best banoffee pie EVER.

I didn't know Pies & Pastries had moved! When did this happen? Does anyone know where they are?

Found myself drawn back in there today to try the fish&chips which were lovely but like a fool also had to sample the lemon meringue pie which was delicious only trouble I had was walking back up the prom afterwards. I've only got two days left I must resist the Bakewell tart

pies and pastries doesn't exist anymore dollycat. but LIsa still helps out at rainbow now and then.
