I spoke to Inspector about this. He is dealing with my residency. Not all as it seems.

Hello KKOB,
Here in Fethiye no need Two year residency permit to get two year residency permit. If you have ONE year health insurance you can get TWO year residency permit.
As I informed they do two separete policy covering two years and second year new policy dont have the rights for second termers (Like cancer its covered only on renewals)
My advice to members check the policy number on renewals both insurance policy  must have the same number. They just add -2 or /2 at the end of policy numbers Third year policy number will be ......./3
Can anybody show us a Groupama Insurance Policy or other company starting and ending date on same page 2016-2018

Beggining of December Groupama insurance company started giving one health insurance policy (not two separete one) with two years validity.
