Easy Jet  re confirmed today  by email that next years flights will be on sale THURSDAY 19 TH SEPTEMBER from 05 15 hours , like as always you need to be quick, get up early , to get a cheap flight as within a very short time prices will go up ALSO it looks like they are going from Liverpool airport , is there a airport there ?  to dalaman  3 flights a week may be a better option than Manchester for some

There's definitely an airport at Liverpool blueclad  ;D
Have flown from there a few times to other places. Takes us a bit longer to get there but we've usually booked an overnight stay in hotel with parking included. For us at least it gives us another option, we now have Manchester, Leeds/Bradford and Liverpool.

The Easyjet summer flights being released on Thursday 19th September, is the time of 05:15 stated anywhere or is that common knowledge from previous years? Also is the APP usually up and running before the website?

How was Liverpool compared to Manchester Stoop?   I really dislike Manchester, especially with Easyjet as they seem to have the "cheap seats" when it comes to gates - always the furthest away and up and down stairs to get to arrivals.  Parking has become a nightmare too as it's all so confusing.  They certainly weren't thinking of passengers when they made all the "improvements"

Cheaper for parking and much easier due to it's size. We prefer it by far.

Having done this numer times before, I have just thrown phone up the wall. just given up. Had flights all booked in payment page came up, bank won't authorise card (no reason at all for this) re done all again. Obs price increasing at this point. Session expired. Hubby trying to do same on his phone. Logged him out now his password is in valid which he only set up last night and he's used since 5am this morning!!. I tried again price has increased massively. And one return flight alone is over £600 each.. Really pretty pi55ed off.

Iv got booked all dates we wanted but much more expensive compared to last year and they were increasing as I reached payment stage, sadly and from a selfish point of view it’s because off all the Turkish fb groups (and Martin Lewis) telling everyone that the prices are not as cheap as in the past...

The current prices are disgraceful, we can go to America (not my choice) in the school hols for far less. More fool anyone that are paying the prices showing now, after the immediate surge they start dropping again from past experience.
Bonus for those that got them though, just luck of the draw.

Totally agree MarKar I read your post and really felt for you it’s gutting getting to that stage and finding the price has increased soo much, I also had probs with the password bit but went back entered again and it was ok...
Iv just had a look at some other destinations and Antalya is cheaper then Dalaman if that was any good for you my return in July is half the price of Dalaman...
Also Rhodes and Furteventura much cheaper then Dalaman...
Hope you manage to get something sorted...

I was up early but had to wait until 5.45 a.m. for the flights to be released.

I paid: Manchester to Dalaman in July 2020 - £134.24
Dalaman to Manchester in early August - £137.99

I checked the prices again at 9.15 a.m. for the exact same flights/dates: -

           Manchester to Dalaman - £364.99
           Dalaman to Manchester - £217.99  :o

Thanks karennina, they usually drop again once the mad surge has finished. I'm up against school hols so can't win :'(

We also had problems booking, got to the final payment, and wouldn't take payment, tried again and again, still the same.  In the end gave up as price rocketed to ridiculous amounts to over £740 for the 2 of us. Not paying that, total rip off,  looks like we might have to give calis a miss next year. Might look at over airlines just in case, but really cheesed off with easyjet.

They have in the passed dropped again after a few days. Not to the really cheap prices, but if you don't need school hols you might still get a reasonable price.

I had a look at around 9am, we aren’t looking to book - our next booking is for the next issue for September/October 2020.

I did note that our flights for our 2019 April week we booked were around 30% more for the same week 2020. I didn’t even get up at 5am for them last year, booked them a couple of months after the issue/morning rush.

To me the disappointment is that the prices have gone from being a bargain for those prepared to set the alarm and press refresh like a loony, to a bit of a farce.

8 weeks after issue I paid £135 return last year, within hours of issue the same week this year was £195.

No bargain - in fact, had it been £135 again I would probably have booked a cheeky week away for us. I would imagine we aren’t the only ones and April is traditionally always at very low occupancy...even lower now with this year's flight prices.

I booked with TC for around the same price as EJ (at 9am yeterday) and better flight times.

Of course its possible they wont be around next summer if you heed the press speculation.

Ours were £120 cheaper than last year. Guess it depends where you are flying from.
