Title: Propert selling

Looking into the future, I foresee a time when circumstances will mean that we will reluctantly have to part with our home in Fethiye.
What are the difficulties when selling (tapu in joint names) when one partner will unfortunately be unable to travel to Turkey to

The partner who can not come to Turkey, can give power of attorney to the other partner and this partner can sign in the name of the partner who can not travel to Turkey.

I think the POA will have to be apostilled in the UK ?

Yes it must be apostilled. And also must have granters' photo(s) sticked and stamped.

Many thanks Cenk/KKOB, I'm sure that this will be in the back of a number of our minds, for us who made the early 2000s a time of purchase but now sadly who are starting/started the ageing process!!!
