Applied for refund of accommodation deposit at around 7.00pm on Sunday evening.

Almost instant email reply confirming refund and full refund already in Credit Card Account. Also email from owner as follows:

"Thank you for notify me John. Stay safe, see you soon.
Best Regards"

How refreshing is that and makes you wonder why other companies (for example easyjet) cannot be as efficient.

Will use them again for sure.

Saying that John my easyJet refund was just as quick,but Ive heard nightmares from others

WOW Steve 2 days is quick for Easyjet - we were 54 days :(

we have had 2 sets of flights refunded from easyjet.  No problems.   :)

We got our Refund from EasyJet, but it did take nearly 8 Weeks!

Still waiting for Ryanair refund.66 days so far:(
They say 90% of their refunds will be completed by the end of July.!
I've a feeling i will fall into the other 10% wating for refunds :(
