Welcome to the forum, We bought 3 years ago and never regretted it. We bought from the same developer and are really pleased with our apt.
I suppose someone has to support Man City
Good luck with your new home.

Hi there Paul & Dot, welcome to the forum, i'm not far from you, born and raised in Gorton, and spent the last 23 years in Hadfield area, bought my apartment in Calis 5 years ago and sold up and moved out here end of May, wish i'd done it years ago, also another true city fan, even have a city towel hanging on my balcony, it's a bit faded now though. Alan
