I will answer your prayer ! It's a nice little radio programme about the Fletcher family and they are mostly Sagittarians and living in Hastings. Do keep your eye out for Harold though. Good thing then and hope this helps !

"The Archers -an everyday story of country folk"  On balance I think I prefer to eavesdrop on the politics and intrigues of village life rather than participate daily so for me The Archers is a good thing.
 After six months in residence I realised I was better suited to the simple life of Fethiye and quietly slipped down the hill...

Horses for courses me thinks I love Fethiye and as I have said credit to the Mayor and what he has done over the last five years, let's hope he does the same for Üzümlü.

Mine too.  I just love the character and the buzz the place has, I also like the fact it is a place where people live and work and not just built for the tourist.  Add to that the natural beauty and what is there not to like?

Exactly. Plus its big enough to have all your shopping, leisure, entertainment needs without being too big and grimy. A real wee gem on the Med

it does not matter what the actual charge for water in the village it IS unfair that we as foreigners pay 3 times as much as the locals and I know for a fact that a lot of them do not pay but we being Brits do pay

This is a charge that pool owners pay, it isn't aimed at foreigners.  We have Turkish neighbours who have a pool and they pay the same rate as we do.
