The 3C's would like to thank Pat Meldrum and Renate Koker, the two lovely ladies who recently ran the half marathon section of the 9th Antalya "Runtalya" race to raise money for our charity. Between them they raised a magnificent 1,890 TL for our charity - this is the equivalent of providing two annual university bursaries for poor students to attend university. Thank you ladies - well done!
In addition, Pat raised a significant amount of money from her family and supporters back in UK for Macmillan nurses so another great result.
Both ladies enjoyed the 21.0975 km race and Renate came in first in her age section with a great time of 2.05 hours. Pat, running in a different age section closely followed, finishing in 2.08 hours. Congratulations
