Afternoon.
My name is robert myself and my son Craig have brought some land in Uzumlu
and are having two 5 bedroom Villas built.We would like to know more about the area,I have heard they are putting a Restaurant there. We would like to know how you would go about selling one because the amount of land we brought was enough to build 2 5 bedroom Villas semi detatched.They should be completed by May 15th this year. Any help would be very welcome.

With regard to selling your property go and see an agent, same as you would in the UK.

A warm welcome to the forum Robert. We were up in your area on boxing day and it is very traditional and lovely. The town was very quiet and it was great to see lots of older men in the restuarants playing back gammon - sitting outside in the winter sunshine. I wonder where all the women were!!?? A lovely older lady came out of her house to speak to us and although she could not speak our language we managed with gestures and smiles - a truly lovely experience.Enjoy your place in the sun -Mary
