Fethiye Saglik Medical Centre

Hi,
Hope somebody might be able to help?

During our visit in September, we had some treatment at the Fethiye Medical centre, next to the chemist on the road going away from the sea front & over the Dolphin roadabout (Without the Dolphin).
 
We are trying to claim on our medical insurance & they require some additional documents from the clinic. The problem is we have tried to E mail them & the address is not working & mailer demon is returning the E mail.

Would somebody be so kind as to try and obtain a new E mail address for us?

We would be very grateful if somebody could help us.

Yes that's the same website I have , but it appears to be down all the time & E mails being returned.
