hi just wandering if you will be having the kids party in Scarlet Bar for the children on the 31st if so could i have details please as i have not seen anything advertised many thanks alice ucar!

We have a meeting on Friday where the subject will be discussed but no plans at present.

hi just wandering after your friday meeting had a decision been made on weather the childrens party would be taking place? sorry asking again just have group of friends arriving from Marmaris at the end of the month with 7 kids plus mine who would have been interested in attending again many thanks alice ucar

Sorry we decided against it in the end, we have a lot on right now including building improvements at the Animal Shelter, table Top sale,carboot, and adult haloween party all coming up.
There is a possibility we will do a Childrens Christmas party but nothing definate yet.

Ah thats a shame, it had such a big turn out for the childres one last year, but not the adult one.

it is a shame we really enjoyed doing it, Anna bar will be a much better venue for the adult one.

hi michelle,the reason behind, not doing the childrens halloween party is that,we as a registered charity,made a loss last year on the party
it took a lot of time to organise,but charging 5tl ahead did not cover our costs,it was a great success, in the numbers that came,but we didn't believe that if we increased the entrance fee,many people would come,some people having more than one child
