You just order it online, www.temizmama.com pay with a card and it's delivered usually within 2 days.

At the Tansas by the market this afternoon, they had 15kg bags of "Goody" dog food at 34.14Tl

I buy all my dog and cat food (except tinned meat) from Temizmama, but you do have to have a Turkish credit card.  I don't so just pay the delivery driver and the delivery cost is only 5tl regardless of how much you buy.  If you order before 10.00 am, delivery is within 2 days and you can track it on the internet.

The site is easy to use and once you have used it, all your details are stored so it's even easier to order the second and subsequent times.
