Catch fish
Hit over head (fish not self)
Gut
Stick under grill.
Eat.

Is that simple enough?

Or you could always open it up and stuff with mushrooms. Wrap in foil, sprinkle lemon juice on first, and cook in oven for 30 -40 mins (depends on size but check if cooked). Then serve with either salad or seasonal veg.

God I'm hungry now.
