Any tips on how to search for Turkish Companies offering Health Care plans? My on-line efforts have so far drawn a blank.

Be wary of any health care/insurance plans.  You need to be a resident of Turkey for the plans to work, ie. a residents visa not a tourist visa.  If they are a reputable company they will explain this to you and ask you to prove that you are a resident here.  If you are not a resident here then you should not be able to take out the insurance.  Some companies will not explain this to you and will let you take out a policy and will take your money for it.  Problem arises when you come to claim against it and you are not a resident.  Result is they will not pay out!  So you think you are covered but you are not.
