Apologies, I just realised I jumped straight to asking for advice without making an introduction. So hi everyone, My name is Clarelouise and I am from Belfast. I am heading to Calis Beach in January, unfortunately due to a bereavement but I am quite looking forward to it, as before my Dad died I heard many good things about Calis Beach and the people there. This will be my first and just a short visit to see the place, bury my dads ashes and do some legal things but I do plan on making a longer trip in the Summer to fully experience the place and maybe with any luck meet a few people who may have known my Dad (Dave) and his wife Carol, who also sadly passed away last year. Not really sure what else to say here but thanks for reading.

Very sorry to hear about your dad Clairelouise but a warm welcome to the forum where I'm sure you'll find plenty of good advice and information.

Is this the same Dave & Carol that used to do the quiz's in Letoon Hotel and other bars? many years ago though.

Yes Carol used to be involved in lots of pub quizzes, and I am sure dragged my dad there many times when he was over. Thanks for the condolences.
