UK.Gov advice today is that increased security will result in longer waits at Turkish airports and passengers should allow more time. You had probably guessed that, but if people could post about how much time it actually took I'm sure that would help others.

Hmmmm...........Have you seen the queues at Dover ? They reckon it's taking 12 hours to get from the back of the queue onto the docks. Even Dalaman couldn't be as bad as that.

Dropped off some friends at Dalaman yesterday. Car searches in the way in were stopping aprox 1 vehicle in 10 and those I saw stopped were given a very very quick check.
The departures were busy but no big que at the entrance, friends phoned later to say that internal security was very basic with no delays at both security points.
On the road out the security staff were all in the glasshouse and cars were not being stopped.

I've just watched some illegals being interviewed at Calais, and they said they are not experiencing
any delays departing Calais for the UK. ;)

Quite. I can't see why the French would care about people leaving the EU. Can you?

I believe the French care very much who leaves the EU. Those pesky Brits did it, who will be next .? And there will be a next.!!
