Title: Savings deposit insurance fund

Can anyone advise me please.

Am I right in thinking that as a non resident we are still covered for bank investments by the savings deposit insurance fund.

Although everyone mentions the cover is 100,000TL per person, nobody differentiates between resident and non resident.
