we have been informed about the issue and just waited until we had some information about the guy, Cloover. we think that it is high time we explain everything.
We have been doing this business for more than 10 years now and have been one of the most strict followers of the illegal transfer drivers and vehicles. No one can accuse us of renting or selling our licences. If someone, any minibus owner as he claimed, say and prove that we have rented our Tursab licience, we are ready to quit this business tomorrow. My father, the founder and owner of the company is a member of Tursab board in Fethiye. They have a meeting once a week and illegal transfers are the main topic of each meeting. Even the barmen or waiters try to convince people to do their transfers in this town, unfortunately, there are people that accept it unconciously or ,even worse, conciously just to pay a few pounds less. All our cars have 3 different type of insurance(car insurance,seat insurance,traffic insurance) as this is the rule. Every year we pay Tursab for keeping our licience valid. All our drivers are fully insured and registered.
We wished him to come and visit us in our office and checked our licences before commenting and asked us about 'licience rent'. He is telling that we rent cars or minibuses from other people; that is right. Thanks to god that we have a good business and even though we buy new cars every year, we still dont have enough compared to the business. Therefore, we rent cars but not for a day or a week as he guessed, but for 6 months. We do the rental agreement in 'Noter' and send a copy of it to the tax office and to our accountant. We pay extra tax for each of these cars as we use them to gain money. EVERYTHING IS LEGAL. Some people may have said that their car has licience from Fethiye Lovers; but that cars are working for us, we buy the petrol, we pay the tunnel,parking,insurance; so we get the payment back from the customers. Because after the 6 months of rent agreement these cars or minibuses are our own vehicles for this duration.

Instead of waiting for Colin, we have decided to go and visit him and talk face to face. We publicly make it known here that we will sue him for his untrue words about us.
