I was talking to a friend in Koycegiz today she has had problems
for a few weeks now but mainly during the day she is thinking of
changing over to a dongle connection

WW I have just done a ping test and got a massive 112kb, as we are close neighbours, I think that changing your splitter is not the solution. Phoning the call centre in Istanbul is not the answer either, maybe all those in Uzumlu that are having the same problem should visit the local TT office and demand to get the service we are paying for.

Always found Istanbul would blame my computer equipment when something went wrong.  Can't be TTnet's fault!!  Agree with Hamilton, perhaps a visit to the local office would be the answer
